01 Introduction and Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kr99 platform and all related services. When you create an account, log in, or use any service on kr99, you automatically agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to adult users located in Bangladesh. kr99 is an online betting and casino platform that provides entertainment services to users in Bangladesh.
02 Account Registration and Eligibility
The following conditions must be met to create an account on kr99:

- Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

04 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
kr99 offers various bonus offers for new and existing users. Specific terms and conditions apply to all bonuses.
Welcome Bonus
New members have the opportunity to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, a minimum 15x wagering requirement must be met on the combined total of the deposit and bonus amount.
- After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time period.
- The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per account.
- The wagering requirement must be met before winnings earned using bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Bonus claims made through multiple accounts or fraudulent activity will be cancelled.
VIP Cashback Program
The kr99 VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
Promotion to a VIP tier depends on the type of activity and regular engagement. kr99 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.
05 User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
kr99 users must refrain from the following activities:
- Betting or gaming using fraud, bots, or automated software.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Using another person's account credentials or transferring an account.
- Money laundering or conducting any other illegal financial activity.
- Exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform.
- Harassing or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users.
- Attempting to hack kr99's systems or gain unauthorized access.
If any of the above rules are violated, kr99 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit any winnings. The matter may be reported to law enforcement if necessary.
06 Betting and Gaming Rules
Specific rules apply to all bets and gaming activity on kr99. Cricket (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup), football, slots, and live casino — each category has its own detailed rules.
- Once all bets are finalized, they cannot be changed.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet will be considered void and the original amount will be refunded.
- If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with kr99's specific policy.
- kr99 is not responsible for disconnections during live betting.
- In any dispute regarding a game result, kr99's system logs will be treated as the final authority.
07 Limitation of Liability
The kr99 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. kr99 bears no liability for the following:
- Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failure.
- Software errors from third-party game providers.
- Unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.
- Loss caused by the user's own mistakes or negligence.
- Account access by an unauthorized third party.
In any circumstance, kr99's maximum liability will never exceed the amount of the user's most recent deposit.
